The Assistance Center of Collin County will oversee the application process and distribution of homelessness prevention funds. The City will work with nonprofits to provide homeless housing assistance and will manage the small business economic development program.
City Council also approved a resolution to authorize the filing of applications for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funds in an amount not to exceed $828,593 under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act.
