Tell Someone You Care with an “I SEE YOU SERVE” e-Card

I See You Serve word cloud

Organizations where people share values and are valued succeed over the long term in both good and bad times.” This is a quote by Simon Sinek shared in his book “Leaders Eat Last.”

As we continue to work together during this unprecedented time, it’s important to acknowledge how our fellow Team Plano members are demonstrating their passion to serve on a daily basis.

With the new I SEE YOU SERVE electronic card (e-Card), you can send notes of appreciation simply with the touch of a button. The electronic card looks and functions just like the hardcopy I SEE U SERVE card does, except it is online.

With the I SEE U SERVE e-Card, you can:

  • Select the “recipient” and “sender” from a drop-down menu (City email addresses only)
  • Check one or more of the SERVE value boxes
  • Type comments about how you saw a team member serving
  • Click “submit” to forward the e-Card

It’s that easy! After sending this e-card, you’ll receive a Thank You email for your thoughtfulness.

Hardcopies of I SEE U SERVE cards are still available in your departments, if you prefer to handwrite a note to a Team Plano member.

It is a small, but impactful gesture that lets people know you value what they are doing. The EXCELLENT service you provide every day demonstrates leadership and a SERVEing nature. It hasn’t gone unnoticed!
