Say “I SEE YOU SERVE” Electronically

I See You Serve card FRONT BACK

As we work together during an unprecedented time in our City, state, nation and world, it’s important to recognize how our fellow Team Plano members are demonstrating their passion to serve those around them on a daily basis.

Author Margaret Cousins shared, “Appreciation can make a day or even change a life. Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary.”

With the new I SEE YOU SERVE electronic card (e-Card), you can now send notes with the touch of a button. The electronic card looks and functions just like the original I SEE U SERVE card with one exception, it is online.

With the I SEE U SERVE e-Card, you can:

  • Select the Recipient and Sender from a drop down menu (City email address only)
  • Check one or more of the SERVE value boxes
  • Type comments about how you saw a team member servingI See You Serve card 2.0 ELECTRONIC form
  • Click Submit

It’s that simple! After sending this e-card, you’ll receive a thank you email for your thoughtfulness.

The original I SEE U SERVE cards are not going away. They are still available in your departments if you prefer to handwrite a note to a Team Plano member.

It is a small, but impactful gesture to let people know you noticed and why they are valued. Thank you for the excellent service you provide on a daily basis and sharing how YOU see your fellow Team Plano members SERVEing!
