She said, “Throughout my career I have always admired Plano’s success as it paved the way and set the standards for municipal organizations. Plano’s “World Class” reputation didn’t happen by chance, it was achieved through visionary leadership and execution of a committed team moving in the same direction. Most impressive is Plano’s ability to sustain such high levels of performance over a long period of time, indicating high performance is embedded in the organization’s culture. I take great pride in joining Team Plano and working with a fantastic team committed to serving the community.”
Congratulations on joining the Plano family!
